We are launching a recruitment process for a Senior Automation Tester with a clearly defined development path towards the role of Chapter Lead in an international testing chapter.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically, while gradually building leadership skills and shaping testing standards and ways of working in a global environment.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has strong experience in test automation,
• Is motivated to grow into a leadership / Chapter Lead role,
• Communicates confidently in English (minimum B2+),
• Has good knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or Python,
• Is familiar with tools and technologies such as REST APIs, Postman,
• Is comfortable working and collaborating in a multicultural, international environment,
• Combines a hands-on mindset with ownership, proactivity and strong communication skills.
