1. Architect and Implement End-to-End Automated Workflows: Develop complex, future-ready automation solutions within Power Automate Flows, integrating multiple data sources, SaaS applications, and on-prem systems.
2. Thought Leadership in Process Transformation: Engage with stakeholders to deeply understand business processes, challenge legacy approaches, and design improved, leaner workflows that maximize productivity, scalability, and maintainability.
3. Overcome Technical Debt: Identify and modernize legacy processes, apply RPA best practices, and refactor existing scripts, connectors, and integrations to ensure performance, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
4. Enterprise-Wide Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data sources, streamline operational flows, and establish a cohesive, enterprise-wide automation ecosystem using RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, and other services.
5. Continuous Improvement & Operationalization: Implement robust operational frameworks around automations, including real-time monitoring, alerting, reporting dashboards, and production-level QA measures that ensure consistent, predictable outcomes.
6. Enable Ownership Post-Implementation: Provide guidance and training materials to operational leaders, supporting them in owning and evolving the automated processes. Establish governance and best practices that ensure teams can adapt and improve solutions independently.
7. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce comprehensive architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and self-service guides to bolster self-sufficiency among internal teams.
