responsibilities :
Designing and developing automation solutions to increase operational efficiency
Creating and maintaining scripts to automate repetitive tasks and minimize errors
Integrating and evaluating new automation tools for continuous improvement
Collaborating with IT and DevOps teams to implement automation in diverse environments
Managing CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
Writing scripts in languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash to tailor automation solutions
Monitoring automation systems for issues and implementing preventive measures
Troubleshooting automation challenges and conducting root cause analysis
Documenting automation workflows, tools, and best practices for knowledge sharing
Engaging in code reviews and collaborating on improvements with cross-functional teams
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience in automation engineering for on-prem and hybrid infrastructures
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Proficiency with automation frameworks and tools, especially Ansible and Jenkins
Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines
Background in on-prem distributed systems, especially with Linux and VMs
Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex automation issues
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience with multiple projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of network automation and relevant networking concepts
