Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced automation solutions using low-code platforms and emerging agentic/GenAI technologies.
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives with business stakeholders and scale them into production environments.
- Act as a solution architect by analyzing processes, selecting appropriate platforms, and ensuring secure, scalable integrations.
- Oversee DevOps activities for automation platforms, including CI/CD, environment strategy, monitoring, and reliability.
- Research and implement emerging standards and protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol) to strengthen platform capabilities.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and safety requirements, including guardrails and observability.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and best practice adoption.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven expertise with low-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Microsoft Copilot Studio, KNIME, Outsystems).
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience applying GenAI and agentic automation patterns, including tool calling, planning, and state management.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods and vector database integrations.
- Background in DevOps practices for automation/AI platforms (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Familiarity with guardrails, content safety, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to deliver customer-facing PoCs.
- Growth mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Advantageous: understanding of legacy RPA platforms and ability to bridge with modern architectures.
