Senior Atlassian Consultant (f/m/x)

Your tasks
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the Atlassian solutions area – actively collaborating, advising and coordinating activities.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into specific functionalities of tools from the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence and others).
- Design and implement solutions, taking into account best practices and configuration rules.
- Provide ongoing support and communication with the client – communicate new system capabilities, identify gaps, respond to non‑standard situations.
- Collaborate with client teams, especially technical leaders and support units on the Atlassian side (Support, TAM, Migration Managers).
- Actively collaborate with Atlassian team members, coordinating work.
- Ensure quality and optimization of implemented solutions, taking into account long‑term business needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience, including implementation and administration of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, supported by participation in projects with clients in various industries.
- Knowledge of handy Jira/Confluence data model and structure to effectively customize and optimize systems.
- Ability to analyze, design and describe business processes, with an understanding of customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in process automation and optimization.
- Very good English language skills to work independently with customers and international teams.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – ability to actively listen, ask pertinent questions, translate technical aspects into understandable language and build customer relationships.
- Proactivity and responsibility for the project as a whole – orientation to the client’s needs, readiness to support the client in technical and process aspects, attention to quality and the final result of the team’s work.
- Independence and good organization of work, including in remote and distributed environments.
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language.
Nice to have
- Experience in process automation and integration development using tools (e.g. Groovy, Ansible, Power Apps and others).
- Practical knowledge of the Jira instance migration process and/or Confluence space, including risk analysis, planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- Skills in IT systems administration (Linux, Databases, etc.).
