Role Overview
You will serve as a Business Development and Lead Generation Manager, driving strategic growth and innovation. Your work blends analytical rigor with strategic foresight, influencing go‑to‑market success and long‑term business impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to support growth strategies.
- Drive lead generation and prospecting efforts to build strong pipelines and enable new logo acquisition.
- Engage directly with clients in pre‑sales discussions, presentations, and negotiations to position solutions and secure opportunities.
- Conduct account research to develop and expand new and existing client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership through industry insights, strategic recommendations, and innovative approaches that differentiate Kyndryl in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in lead generation, follow‑up, and sales development, engaging with stakeholders at multiple executive levels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Sales Engagement & Prospecting Tools.
- Exceptional communication skills — strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, with professional fluency in English.
- High‑energy, self‑starter and team player, bringing positivity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset to a fast‑paced sales environment.
