At Smith+Nephew we are looking for: Senior Associate, Global Customer Care, Poland

What will you be doing?

  1. Manage incoming customer orders (sales, consignment, loan) and ensure timely processing and delivery.
  2. Enter orders into the SAP system and issue sales invoices, including consignment, credit, debit, and service-related invoices.
  3. Address customer queries via phone, email, and written communication, resolving delivery and product issues effectively.
  4. Prepare and analyze reports (e.g., BO reports), perform stock checks, and manage consignment stock settlements.
  5. Collaborate with sales representatives, logistics teams, and office staff to facilitate smooth operations and product allocation.
  6. Support sales representatives by providing necessary documentation and processing pricing uploads and product complaints.

What you will need to be successful?

  1. Strong customer- and company-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  2. Ability to quickly learn and understand new products, with basic medical knowledge as a plus.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Teams) and familiarity with systems like SAP and Salesforce.
  4. Good command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
  5. Team player with the ability to collaborate and cooperate effectively.
