Responsibilities

• Independently leading and managing projects in the fields of banking, finance litigation, restructuring, and insolvency matters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Providing leadership, training, and mentorship within the team, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
• Conducting court proceedings and preparing legal opinions and procedural documents.
