• At Pretius, we are looking for Senior Associate to a project in the financial industry, international team.

• Lead or support implementation projects of technical solutions for tax reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data integration workflows (e.g., API-based, system-to-system).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD creation).
• Support process optimization initiatives using RPA and Power BI.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Participate in solution testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

• Experience in project management, especially in implementing technical solutions.
• Process-level understanding of tax domains such as Pillar 2, Transfer Pricing (TP), and other reporting areas.
• Experience in business analysis and documentation (BRD, user stories).
• Technical awareness of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
