For one of our international clients in the professional services sector, we are looking for a highly proactive Senior Associate to support business operations and application-related activities. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, product managers/owners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth application delivery, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day operational and project support to the project team
Collaborate with developers and product managers on testing activities, documentation, and capturing business requirements
Support application users by answering functionality-related questions and assisting with issue resolution
Lead onboarding activities for new users, including delivering training sessions and preparing user guides and instructional materials
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Monitor application performance and proactively identify and suggest improvements
requirements-expected :
Experience in project-based work or operational/application support roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Understanding of basic business processes and enterprise application usage
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken
Experience using AI-driven solutions in business processes
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with project management or service tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
Ability to create clear user documentation and training materials
