Your responsibilities
- Process Oversight: Lead Corporate Actions processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics to assess team effectiveness and drive operational improvements
- Technical & Strategic Expertise: Apply business knowledge and team objectives to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and workflow optimization while mitigating risks
- Team Development: Train and upskill team members on processes, technology, and best practices
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions based on data and experience
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey ideas and information to diverse audiences to ensure understanding
Employer requirements
- Minimum 4 years in the banking sector in roles such as Project Analyst, Asset Servicing Specialist, or Data Analyst, with proven contributions to projects and operational improvements
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and build strong working relationships
- Skilled in interpreting complex data, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutionsThrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong understanding of investment instruments, including equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities

- Knowledge or experience in the corporate action/securities settlement processes
