As a Module Team Leader, you will drive module strategy, lead engineering teams, and secure alignment with Module, Architecture, Platform, and Product Line objectives. You’ll oversee development of components, assemblies, and variants—ensuring quality, cost, and timing targets are met—while supporting lifecycle maintenance, CAE, and material strategy. You will also partner closely with Product Care, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver reliable, competitive, and standardized technical solutions.
A clear communicator and strong technical leader who thrives in cross‑functional environments. You align stakeholders, guide engineers, and bring a structured, curious, and innovative mindset. You foster collaboration, drive transparency, and deliver consumer‑focused, high‑quality results.
You will be located in Żarów, in the Electrolux dishwasher factory, in a new modern laboratory, surrounded by friendly multinational and diverse team that shape living for the better every day. Our modern factory in Żarów specializes in manufacturing a wide range of dishwashers, including 60 cm full-size and 45 cm slim models. We are committed to safety, quality, and sustainability at every step of production.
