About the role

ESSENTIAL HOME

With a trusted portfolio of world-class Air Care, Surface, Laundry and Pest Control products, the Essential Home team’s purpose is to Make a House Your Home. Fuelling this newly formed business and leadership team is a diverse and inclusive culture for all.

As the IT&D Senior Architect, SAP Solutions, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive SAP solutions that align with Essential Home’s business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive SAP S/4 and adjacent solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Essential Home’s business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute SAP strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of both internal and external talent, fostering a culture of agility, ownership and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship, performance management, and skills development opportunities for team members.
• Build excellent relationships with strategic partners and service providers to ensure co-investment, high quality service, while staying cost-effective.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for SAP technology and services.

• You have proven experience in the SAP space, preferably in the Consumer Goods sector.
• You have a deep understanding of SAP architecture, ERP systems, integration methodologies, and cloud technologies.
• You stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, such as AI, automation, especially in the SAP area.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• You have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
