Project description: The project is related to a complex Dynamics 365 implementation with 6 teams working at the moment for it. The implementation is facilitating a complex Case Management process with multiple integrations to backend system (Azure-based) and customer portals (Power Pages-based).
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the architecture of the platform
- Close contact with the customers architect and IT department
- Responsible for channeling down process improvements (from functional and technical perspective)
Required skills:
- Overall IT experience - 15+ years
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 - 8+ years (both functional and technical concepts)
- Experience with Power Automate and Azure, Power Pages experience is a plus
- Experience with complex enterprise landscapes and integration scenarios
- Experience with complex CI/CD procedures
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience with government/semi-government sector is an advantage
