As a Senior Solution Architect for Data Analytics in our IT organization, you will work with the IT products in Commercial ART and set the functional and technical direction for our solutions in Data Foundation in Azure. -You will collaborate closely with project and support teams, ensuring that our solutions align with the architectural landscape and meet the future requirements of our customers. You will also assist the product owner in scoping features and make appropriate architectural decisions. Building strong relationships and managing stakeholders will be important aspects of your role.
responsibilities :
Work with project teams and Release Trains to design and describe Azure based Analytics solutions
Conceptualize and assemble technology solution architecture designs to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Design and participate in build of analytics solutions compatible with existing architectures based on ETL pipelines, Azure PaaS tools, SQL and/or Python in Databricks
Design, develop processes for cloud-based analytics solutions and applications
SME on Azure cloud matter – facilitating other projects and the cloud operation provider
requirements-expected :
Proven experience working as Azure solution architect or Senior Data Engineer on a spark-based analytics platform
Proven experience of working with cloud services, Microsoft Azure: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks/Spark, Function Apps, DevOps
Proven extensive experience with data engineering using the full Microsoft azure stack (must have technical background)
Proven experience with Analytics, Data Warehousing and BI
Proven experience in applying design principles (business process design tools included)
Proficiency in SQL and Python
