(Senior) AR Specialist with English and Italian

For our Client, GBS from medical devices industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) AR Specialist with English and Italian, who will be open to join new SSC structures and will involve in standaardisation and automatisation finance processes.
Responsibilities
- manage collections on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- handle daily AR transactions: classify, post, and record receivables
- issue accurate invoices and maintain up-to-date customer billing records
- reconcile accounts and investigate irregularities
- prepare AR reports and support variance, forecasting, and budgeting analysis
- ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- support internal and external audits
- cooperate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong customer relationships
- participate in process improvements from the AR perspective
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AR area
- knowledge of People Soft system will be a huge asset
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance
- in-depth knowledge of AR processes
- high business culture and communication skills
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details
- willingness to take challenges and new solutions
- fluent in English (at least B2), Italian (at least B2) and Polish
- experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset
