We are looking for a Senior AR Accountant to join the core team of our recently created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best‑in‑class service.

Your main tasks

• Key player in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
• Participation in establishing centralized processes in SSC in AR area
• Participation in transitions of AR processes from European entities
• Stabilizing the migrated process
• Ensuring smooth running of the AR function including internal controls preparation
• Responsibility for effective delivery of receivables activities such as collections, cash posting, customer creation, etc.
• Preparing monthly/annual/quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
• Maintenance and enhancement of JD Edwards structure, in line with business needs
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Preparing reports and analysis
• Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in similar position as O2C, OTC, AR Accountant in SSC/BPO environment
• Hands‑on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications
• Knowledge of JD Edwards is a must
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication skills and self‑motivation
• Strong team player
