We’re looking for a goal‑oriented, highly confident, and self‑motivated Senior APS consultant to support implementing DELMIA Ortems APS solution and manage client relationships.

What you’ll be working on

Andea is a global MES/APS software integrator of systems such as DELMIA Apriso and DELMIA Ortems. The role supports projects in the DACH region, working with large manufacturing companies in aerospace and renewable technology. You’ll assist in deep‑dive customer business requirements discovery, develop requirements specifications, support the Solution Architect in crafting solutions, define hardware and software requirements, perform installations and configurations, validate and test the solution, manage data integration, assess project risks, provide training to customers, and support post‑project review.

Responsibilities

• Participating in deep‑dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and developing requirements specifications documentation.
• Supporting the Solution Architect in providing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.
• Defining the required hardware and software requirements needed to install the APS solution at the client’s locations.
• Performing APS software installations and configurations, supporting the validation and testing of the solution, and capturing user feedback.
• Supporting data management and data integration‑related activities.
• Identifying and evaluating potential project risks during the tender and project realization phases, as well as reporting the status of completed tasks.
• Providing technical and functional APS solution training to customers.
• Participating in training programs as necessary, both within the country and abroad.
• Adhering to the project delivery schedule and budget.
• Supporting the post‑project review process.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing APS, ERP, or MES solutions.
• Advanced Windows desktop and server operating system skills.
• Understanding of the enterprise software/B2B high‑tech industry.
• Fluent German for smooth business conversation with clients.
• Very good command of English, both speaking and writing.
• Excellent client relationship management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
