Responsibilities
- Conduct and control tasks in the field of APQP
- Conduct and submit PPAP/FAI documentation to the customer
- Implement system requirements EN 9100
- Support in creating DFMEA and PFMEA
- Lead customer complaint handling according to 8D methodology and high industry standard
- Co‑decide in the product implementation process
- Support and coordinate internal and external quality audits (clients, CB, etc.)
- Conduct trainings
- Cooperate with Engineering, production and SCM
- Use the ERP / PLM system and master data management
Qualifications
- Technical University graduate, preferable Mechanical profile
- Experience in Aerospace, Defence or Automotive Industry - minimum 3 years in a similar position
- Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning
- Knowledge of Automotive Q‑Core tools and their practical application
- Very good knowledge and experience in work with EN 9100 or IATF 16949
- Statistical analysis skills
- Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – min. B2
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP system
