We are currently looking for an Senior Application Operation Engineer with strong expertise in file transfer operations and VTOM administration.

Deep knowledge of file transfer processes and VTOM is essential for this role.

If you also have experience with Linux and Windows systems, along with a general understanding of middleware environments, we would love to meet you.

• Operate and support file transfer processes (CFT/MFT) – monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting file transfer workflows.
• Administer and maintain scheduling tool – including configuration, scheduling, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Handle tickets, incidents, changes, updates, and ad hoc requests related to applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other teams to support deployments and ensure smooth application operations.
• Plan and apply patches and upgrades to production tools and infrastructure components.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage and resolve critical incidents ensuring high availability and system continuity.
