Senior Application Manager for Manufacturing (SAP)

Obowiązki

• Serve as the System Owner managing SAP systems related to Manufacturing / Supply Chain.
• Collaborate closely with managers and process owners within relevant business areas to understand and address demands and requirements.
• Oversee service delivery across teams for respective applications, acting as the first escalation point for application-specific issues.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day delivery of contracted services, ensuring quality, compliance, and addressing any application issues or failures.
• Support and set direction for relevant Application Managers responsible for sub-areas within your scope of accountability.
• Handle area-related budgets and forecasts, ensuring maintenance, upgrades, patching, documentation and compliance requirements are managed seamlessly according to SLAs.
• Drive and track continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure successful implementation of new applications with required quality and compliance.

Wymagania

• Over 5 years of experience in Delivery-, System- and/or Application Management
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in outsourced and global delivery models.
• Expertise in process optimization and documentation.
• Strong Compliance knowledge (GxP, GAMP5) and experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
• ITIL knowledge
• Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
