(Senior) Application Manager CAFM - Admin Corporate Real Estate (K/M)

Your responsibilities

  • Further develop and operate the CAFM software FAMOS for the LH Group (Germany-wide and globally); take ownership of system provision, administration and group-wide rollout
  • Act as a process authority for the tool across the group and actively drive its continuous improvement
  • Lead or actively participate in group-wide projects related to software development, customization and implementation of new modules
  • Design, implement and conduct training sessions for FAMOS users; coordinate training activities across the organization
  • Provide property- and portfolio-related data from the CAFM system to support strategic decisions and operational processes (e.g. budgeting, TrueUp, claims, vendor control)
  • Initiate and perform mass data corrections and adjustments in the system; carry out plausibility and quality checks to ensure high data quality
  • Manage and support IT-related projects in real estate management (e.g. waste disposal software, system interfaces)
  • All other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Our requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field
  • German language skills at minimum B2/C1 level
  • English language skills at minimum B2/C1 level
  • Knowledge of Real Estate / Facility Management is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Min 3-4 years of previous experience in similar area
  • Structured, diligent and independent working style
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset with solid numeric skills
  • Team player with a strong customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment
  • High level of precision, reliability, and commitment to delivering results on time
  • Proactive attitude and drive for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to actively participate in projects and adapt to changing requirements
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel to Germany, especially during the initial training phase
  • Ability to work in accordance with defined rules, regulations, and given authorities
