About the Role
We are looking for a Senior API Developer (Senior Java Developer) to join a high-impact project in the banking sector. You will be part of the Open Banking Development Hub, contributing to the implementation of PSD2/3 and the development of a new common API platform for business banking customers across the Nordic countries.

You’ll work in a dedicated Agile (SAFe) team alongside professionals from Poland and the Nordics, helping shape the future of digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable API solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Contribute to the architecture and evolution of a microservices-based platform.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.

Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in large corporate environments.
Proficiency in:
Java (preferably Java 21)
Spring Boot
Microservices architecture
Oracle, Maven, Git, Jenkins
Docker, Kubernetes, MQ
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Reactive Programming and Hibernate/JPA.
Background in building highly available applications.

Work Conditions
Working hours: Standard (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00)
Remote work: Hybrid model (1–2 days/month onsite)
