Job Responsibilities:

1. Activities related to posting of invoices in the financial system, payments, vendor master data, workflows.
2. Responsible for proper preparation and timely execution of payment runs to vendors.
3. Communication with third parties in case of invoice questions or discrepancies.
4. Month-end closing activities including general ledger reconciliations.
5. Provide subject matter expertise to the junior AP team members.
6. Participate in implementation and maintenance of systems, processes, documentation, projects, and programs.

Requirements:

1. AP experience (Invoice Processing, Vendor Management & Payments) in a multinational environment.
2. Knowledge of Finance in general and Accounts Payables in particular.
3. Finance or accounting graduate.
4. Good knowledge of English (B2 in writing and speaking).
