Your Role

1. Proactive collaboration in the project team to help develop the product using your experience to help guide the team through the whole development lifecycle.
2. Hands-on with planning, estimating, contributing to the architecture, coding, and development.
3. Focus on software quality and delivering quality throughout the whole process.
4. Ensuring that technical decisions and information are communicated throughout the global team.
5. Taking responsibility for releases and contributing to the ongoing support of the live apps.
6. Openness to a hybrid work model (work from the office up to 2 - 3 days a week).

Your Skills

1. Hands-on experience using Kotlin to develop Android apps.
2. Experience as a technical expert on the Android platform and competency with industry-standard libraries.
3. Familiarity with Dagger2, RxJava2, Retrofit2, and third-party library integration.
4. Very good knowledge of UI and Core Architectural Design patterns.
5. Solid experience in writing Unit Tests and UI tests, familiar with JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso.
6. Previous work with source code versioning tools, specifically GitHub.
7. Knowledge of agile project management with cross-functional teams, using Jira and Confluence.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
