• Designing, building, and developing native Android applications in Kotlin, with a strong focus on modern architectural patterns and high-quality user experience
• Developing and maintaining applications built with Flutter
• Collaborating with the design team, backend developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers to deliver consistent, fast, and polished solutions together
• Contributing to application architecture design and implementing engineering best practices
• Writing unit and integration tests while ensuring the app’s stability and reliability
• Optimizing performance — both in terms of code and user experience
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and process automation
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to keep team knowledge structured and accessible
• Taking an active role in product development — proposing improvements, new features, and technologies that enhance the app’s value

• You have at least 4–5 years of experience in developing mobile applications for Android and can showcase a solid portfolio or participation in interesting projects
• You have an excellent command of Kotlin and the Android SDK environment — they’re your everyday tools
• You have 2 years of experience working with Flutter and know how to leverage its full potential
• You understand and apply application architecture principles in practice (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• You’re familiar with tools and frameworks such as Jetpack Navigation, RxJava, and Coroutines
• You work comfortably with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and Android Studio
• You know the process of publishing apps on Google Play
• You’re independent and well-organized, but also enjoy collaborating within a team
• You can communicate clearly and concisely
• You’re open to feedback and see it as an opportunity for growth
• You’re proactive and take initiative — you don’t wait for instructions, you suggest solutions
• You have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, allowing you to communicate freely both verbally and in writing

• You can choose hybrid or even fully remote work
