Job Summary
The Client Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources to identify insights and trends to be presented to stakeholders. This involves using statistical tools and methods to process and interpret large dataset and using BI platforms to create visualizations comprehensible to a broad audience. They collaborate closely with the working team and stakeholders to convert raw data into valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling dashboards that provide real-time insights into client operational data.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative analytics reports tailored to specific business needs. Ensure reports are user-friendly, actionable, and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Ensure all dashboards and reports maintain a strong client focus.
- Continuous collaboration with Operational Client Relationship Managers (OCRM) to ensure dashboards and reports reflect key metrics and insights important for their service reviews with clients.
- Regularly monitor and track KPIs to evaluate progress toward business goals.
- Track and monitor performance of operational teams against clients portfolio.
- Drive the efficiency of routine tasks by identifying opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date data dictionaries and related documentation.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in operational data and processes for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years working experience in any analytics related roles.
- Degree in Business Analysis, Management, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in data visualization software, such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Demonstrate visual design skills used to create information-dense and easy-to-understand reports/dashboards.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics query/languages like Python, SQL, SAS, is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
