Developing custom reports and dashboards in Workday
Preparation, including building, generation and support HR dashboards and analysis using Excel, PowerBI or SQL
Producing high-quality and customer friendly HR dashboards, reports and analysis
Working with a variety of stakeholders to develop strategic requirements
Responding to customer queries in a timely manner and friendly fashion
Cooperation with other team members
Contributing to continuous improvement activities

Higher Education
Excellent written and spoken English
3+ years of experience in data analysis (experience in analyzing HR data will be an asset)
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel (VBA will be an asset)
Working knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (Workday / SAP HR) would be an asset
Working knowledge and experience in the use of SQL (Oracle SQL Developer) and Power BI
Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately
Ability to work independently and within the team
Highly organized with the ability to manage workflow/projects on a daily basis to achieve stretching targets
Ability to manage effective relationships with customers and other areas of HR, inside and outside of the organization
Ability to priorities and meet demanding deadlines and timescales in a fast moving environment
