responsibilities :
Gather requirements and design improvements, as well as new features, for internal processing areas.
Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, People) and provide support in processing activities.
Develop and maintain WebCon system.
Be responsible for coordinating a team of analysts and developers.
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to use BPMN/UML notation.
Ability to efficiently communicate with business.
Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues to ensure the availability of core company processes.
Very good command of English.
To be able to write complex SQL queries.
At least a bachelors degree.
