Your Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be helping clients to successfully go through IT transformation to SAP S4/HANA environment.
• You will be asked to support clients in greenfield and brownfield implementations using various methodologies (e.g. Agile).
• Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
• Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.
• Your responsibility will also be to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Hard Skills/experience

• 5+ years of SAP data migration experience; at least two end‑to‑end implementation projects.
• Hands‑on data migration skills and experience in S/4HANA data migration.
• Knowledge of various S/4 data loading methods (IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom programs).
• SAP Data Services experience is a plus.
• Usage of AI tools in migration process is also a plus.
• Firsthand experience in setting up S/4HANA data migration tools.
• Good understanding of SAP data conversion lifecycle covering data readiness, data conversion design‑build‑test, mock loads, data validation, and data cut‑over.
• Proficiency in source data analysis using SQL or other querying tools; experience with SAP data profiling and cleansing (de‑duplication, match/merge, standardization, rationalization).
• Deep knowledge of key SAP objects (e.g. MM, BP, Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs) and practical knowledge of at least one SAP functional module: FI, CO, SD, MM, eWM, IM, PM, QM, PP, IBP.
