  • This role will function as the Senior Analyst of Digital Products Analytics, responsible for analyzing our data for insights to develop, launch and drive success for our digital experiences/digital products. The candidate must possess high level of problem-solving skills and be comfortable to identify trends and patterns in the data using quantitative, qualitative, and data analysis skills.
  • The individual contributor will be part of a fast-paced team and environment, that is leading the digital transformation for a 100+ year old brand in the Automotive Retail space. Will possess strong problem-solving skills, with preferable experience in an omni-channel retail environment, working with cross-functional partners.

responsibilities :


  • Develop data-driven insights that inform business decisions across customer segments, channels, categories and business initiatives.
  • Use advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to guide strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes for stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising and UX.
  • Streamline and improve processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, visualization and communication.
  • Present regular data insights and metrics to business partners in a clear and accessible way.
  • Own analytics deliverable and communication end to end – through scoping, design, development, and delivery.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelors in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Understanding and experience of analytical concepts and statistical techniques, such as hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, such as multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, clustering, time series forecasting, attribution, RFM, etc.
  • Experience with SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, Python/R.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets such as clickstream data, combining with offline/other data sources.
  • Experience with Adobe/ Google Analytics.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative, qualitative and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
