Change Management Team is responsible for providing variety of support services for Wroclaw’s Insurance Operations and Delegated Authority teams. It is a dynamic team, constantly looking at standardizing and improving processes in addition to business-as-usual delivery.
Senior Analyst will establish partnerships with client delivery teams (management and team members) to support identification and delivery of key business initiatives, as well as to identify and drive through operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, continuous improvement, and exceptional communication skills. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting change initiatives within the organization, utilizing your expertise to enhance communication, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement..

responsibilities :

Supporting automations and other technical improvements based on the business requirements;
Supporting the design, validation and implementation of solutions into actual time and cost savings across teams;
Reviewing and digesting data from a range of sources, using findings to drive business decisions and make suggested improvements;
Reviewing client/team reporting requirements on an ongoing basis and updating or revising practices and processes to ensure consistent high levels of operational efficiency, and making recommendations for improvement;
Regular and ad-hoc reporting-related activities as and when required;
Close collaboration with Insurance Operations Leadership Team on initiating, coordinating and evaluating data management topics, including new system implementations, system upgrades, process changes and standardizations;
Working in partnership with new and existing teams/workstreams to understand and map the functinal tasks and workflow, provide grounded suggestions for process efficiency and support implementation;
Develop visually appealing and informative graphics to effectively communicate change initiatives and project progress to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within change management processes.
Supporting the development and execution of training programs to ensure effective adoption of change initiatives.

Ability to collect, organize, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy using graphs, diagrams, and metrics;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex problems/data clearly and concisely;
Ability to collaborate, influence and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
Proven experience in graphic design and visual communication, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work;
Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives;
Compelling analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Working knowledge of MS Excel and VBA;
Working knowledge of Power BI;
University degree in graphic design, business, economics, communication or related field;
Awareness of operational efficiency and continuous improvement strategies and benefits;
