As a Senior Analyst, Business Strategy, you’ll be at the heart of data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on using advanced analytics to generate insights and strategic recommendations that support key business areas such as marketing, distribution, and portfolio management.

You’ll work closely with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio teams, lead analytics innovation projects, and help shape the future of PPG’s commercial strategy through predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analysis for decision support in areas like assortment, distribution, promotions, and services
• Identify analytics opportunities that drive business value
• Deliver insights through predictive and prescriptive models
• Visualize and interpret data to support strategic decisions
• Lead reporting and analytics projects across EMEA

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in finance business partnering, FP&A, or analytics
• Experience with commercial teams (sales, marketing, portfolio)
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, AI, and programming languages
• Fluent English
