Senior Analyst, BES, PEX, HR Admin with French

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver HR administrative service across the primo lifecycle brilliantly
  • Input all relevant data in workday in a timely manner to ensure the integrity of the information
  • Continuously improve efficiency and/or effectiveness of our processes
  • Generate and share compensation reports with relevant stakeholder to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Build relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of services to our Primos
  • Prepare all relevant information and input for compensation and benefit surveys and analysis
  • Complete termination paperwork, run exit surveys and create reports on leavers that provide insights for decision making
  • Deliver onboarding sessions (Becoming Bacardi) to Primos around the globe
  • Gather and organize Primos data relevant for payroll processing
  • Work closely with payroll and recruitment teams to deliver seamless services

Our requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Accounting or similar
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Willingness to collaboratively work with teams across different geographies and cultures
  • Fluency in English and French is a must, any other EU language is an asset
