responsibilities :
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure AI/ML pipelines for processing large volumes of textual data
Use orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster) to manage complex data workflows
Optimize system performance using APIs, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design
Conduct experiments, test ideas quickly, iterate fast, and continuously improve the product
Mentor junior engineers and actively share knowledge within the team
Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and contribute to innovation initiatives
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, RAG, conversational agents, or other AI-powered applications
Experience working in a product development environment
Proven track record in leading ML projects and making strategic technical decisions
Experience with deploying ML models in cloud environments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of MLOps best practices: model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management
Strong programming and software engineering skills
Fluent English – both written and spoken
