• We are seeking a Senior AI Prompt Engineer (Azure) to join our Unified Global Alternatives Crew within Asset Management IT in Wroclaw, Poland. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced AI solutions using LLMs, agent-based architectures and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, compliance and business teams to deliver secure, scalable applications in a highly regulated environment, driving innovation while ensuring adherence to standards.

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, agent-based architectures and Azure cloud services
• Build prototypes and evolve them into production-ready applications using internal infrastructure
• Collaborate across engineering, compliance and business teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Drive innovation while adhering to standards in highly regulated environments
• Balance creativity with compliance in complex, regulated settings
• Work with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes
• Support the continuous improvement of bespoke end-to-end solutions
• Interactively work with users to enable them in meeting the needs of their clientele

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in software engineering or AI solution development
• Strong foundation in AI theory with practical experience in LLMs and agent frameworks
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Object-oriented programming experience in C#, Java or similar languages
• Familiarity with solution design, prototyping and productionization workflows
• Ability to navigate complex, highly regulated organizations with attention to governance
• Analytical thinking, adaptability, clear communication and collaborative mindset
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
