Development of a competitive and innovative cross-product strategy to implement
AI-based solutions and enable it in brand related companies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
Create and maintain the SALESmanago’s AI product roadmap and backlog.
Coordinate cross-functional development teams to deliver AI-powered features.
Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
Monitor product/solution performance and user feedback to iterate and improve.
Drive the development of new AI-native capabilities from ideation through to launch, with a focus on unlocking real business value.
Define monetization strategies and execute go-to-market plans for SaaS products and solutions.
Establish, track, and report on product/solution metrics and KPIs.
Ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to streamline rollouts and gather user feedback.
Stay ahead of AI and GenAI advancements, translating insights into product direction.
Set best practices for ethical AI delivery and ensure strong user adoption and satisfaction.
Synthesize and communicate progress, opportunities, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

requirements-expected :

3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven features, or strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and how they drive product value.
A product-first mindset with curiosity for AI and a drive to push innovation boundaries.
Deep empathy for users and a data-informed, experimental approach to product development.
Strong collaboration skills, thriving in environments with high autonomy and ownership.
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex AI/product decisions for stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with product-led growth and scaling adoption of intelligent experiences.
Comfort working closely with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in global, cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ethical considerations and responsible AI practices (a strong plus).
Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivity.
