Lead R&D initiatives to test, evaluate, and improve AI models for our gaming applications.
Develop specialized tools and frameworks that enhance AI model capabilities and integration.
Design and implement evaluation metrics and testing pipelines for AI systems.
Create automation tools that leverage AI to support development and design teams.
Research and prototype novel AI applications for gaming experiences.
requirements-expected :
A Masters degree or doctorate in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science).
3 years of practical experience in AI/ML research and development.
Experience with model evaluation, testing methodologies, and benchmarking.
Experience developing AI assistant tools and frameworks that enhance model capabilities.
Proficiency in creating custom tooling for AI models to improve their performance and functionality.
Strong Python programming skills with an emphasis on AI/ML frameworks.
Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent architectures.
Familiarity with the Unity platform.
Experience in building AI tools for creative applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
