Senior AI/ML Engineer

Your responsibilities

• collaborate with data engineers to build data and model pipelines
• manage the infrastructure and data pipelines needed to bring code to production
• use data modelling and evaluation strategy to find patterns and predict unseen instances
• apply machine learning algorithms and libraries
• analyse large, complex datasets to extract insights and decide on the appropriate technique
• research and implement best practices to improve the existing machine learning infrastructure
• provide support to engineers and product managers in implementing machine learning in the product.

Our requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Al/ML, with a minimum of 5 years in senior consulting or leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in the design and implementation of Al governance structures.
• Strong knowledge of the Al Act, legal requirements, and industry best practices in Al governance.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Al/ML architectures and platforms in medium to large-scale enterprises.
• Skilled in developing Al solutions for operational environments, including designing solution architectures.
• In-depth experience in creating strategic Al/ML roadmaps, establishing milestones, timelines, and managing resources effectively.
• Proficient in overseeing, evaluating, and improving Al/ ML environments and governance frameworks.
• Experience in defining Al solutions that align with business objectives.
