• We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer experienced in building and maintaining conversational AI solutions to join our project delivered for an international organization recognized for its large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will work on enhancing existing chatbot platforms, improving NLU performance, designing scalable architectures, and leading technical activities within the team.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain conversational AI solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement bug fixes, and deliver enhancements across existing AI/ML systems
• Optimize NLU models through tuning of utterances, intents, and entities, while monitoring bot performance in production
• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation, conversational flows, integrations, and diagrams
• Lead development activities, support UAT, mentor developers, and translate high-level designs into actionable tasks

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, NLP/NLU development, or conversational AI
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and modern NLU/NLP frameworks
• Practical understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work with analytics dashboards
• Very good English skills (B2/C1), enabling effective communication in an international environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
