Salary: £45,000 - 102,000 per year

• 3–6+ years of strong Python engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with RAG, agents, or LLM-based systems
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, OpenSearch, etc.)
• Solid backend/API engineering skills
• Familiarity with model evaluation, observability, and testing
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD workflows

• Build agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, validators, and action layers
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines (embeddings, chunking, ranking, vector search)
• Integrate LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic) into production systems
• Create evaluation suites (behavioral tests, drift detection, A/B experiments)
• Develop APIs and backend services powering AI features
• Instrument systems for latency, cost, reliability, and auditability
• Ship clean, tested Python code every sprint in an agile pod model
