We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (AI/ML) to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on flagship AI and ML projects that are transforming the Credit and Lending landscape. You will collaborate with talented engineers and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovative, and stable environment to deliver high-impact solutions.
responsibilities :
Design and develop scalable, robust AI/ML solutions aligned with platform vision.
Lead engineering execution for key AI projects, from technical design to production deployment.
Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code.
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Champion coding standards and AI best practices for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Drive technical strategy by evaluating and prototyping new technologies (e.g., RAG techniques, LLM optimization, agentic architectures).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and implement advanced AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
