Senior AI Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms
• Optimization of existing AI models
• Data analysis and creation of new predictive models
• Collaboration with a team of programmers and data analysts
• Monitoring and correcting AI systems in real time
• Maintaining and updating existing AI solutions
• Ensuring high quality code and technical documentation
• Implementing AI best practices and trends

Our requirements

• Strong expertise in Python.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with multi-agent libraries/frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave is a plus.
• Experience in document intelligence with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (other cloud platforms and their AI services is a plus).
• Experience with version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
