• As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll join a dedicated product squad to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI capabilities directly into the product used by frontline teams around the globe. You’ll lead by example—prototyping generative AI features, improving performance, and ensuring fairness in everything you deliver. You’ll also help scale MLOps pipelines, drive cloud-based deployments, and elevate AI adoption across the organization.

• UoP: 21 400 - 29 000 PLN gross/month

• AI Integration & Deployment
• Embed cutting-edge AI models into customer-facing products
• Monitor and enhance the performance, quality, and fairness of AI features
• Ensure responsible AI deployment practices, focusing on ethics and bias mitigation
• ML Infrastructure & Operations
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for deploying and monitoring models at scale
• Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to deploy services on AWS and GCP
• Optimize cost and performance for AI components in production
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape AI-driven features
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and real-world performance
• Evangelize best practices for AI/ML across teams

• Technical Expertise
• 5+ years in software engineering with strong backend skills (Python, Java)
• Deep understanding of ML and GenAI models (classification, regression, clustering)
• Experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Ability to ship and iterate on production-level AI systems
• Practical Innovation
• Experience rapidly prototyping GenAI solutions and integrating LLMs
• Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG techniques
• Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset aligned with fast-changing AI landscape
• Communication & Ownership
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote teams
