We are looking for a Senior AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects — from discovery to production. You will be accountable for project success, combining strong delivery management expertise with a solid understanding of AI, ML, and data technologies. You will focus on three categories of project GenAI Product development, ML Product development, and AI Platform enablement.

responsibilities :
Act as a bridge between technology and business, understanding business objectives — including business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value
Manage full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI, ML)
Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget
Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders
Act as main delivery contact for clients; build trusted relationships
Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI
Mentor team members and promote delivery excellence and engineering excellence
requirements-expected :
Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)
3+ years of previous experience as an engineer (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)
Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies, and data management fundamentals
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)
Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
