Recognize and assess client key business drivers and challenges.
Articulate service strategy in the relevant digital domain.
Engage and partner with customers to jointly develop architecture matching requirements and constraints.
Produce customized architecture standards and complex design documents.
Contribute to the sales effort to support the positioning of new complex solutions and practice active consulting (up)selling.
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of relevant products, services, and solution sets.
Contribute to knowledge management efforts through documentation, presentations, and mentoring.
Wymagania
Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with CCaaS vendors such as Nice CXOne, Sprinklr, or Genesys.
Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in training and integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Amazon).
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Certifications in Nice CXOne, Sprinklr, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Design Thinking.
Experience with CRM vendors (e.g., Salesforce, Ms Dynamic).
