If you have a knack for inspiring, coaching, and developing teams, coupled with a deep understanding of Agile practices, we want you on board!

As Senior Agile Coach - you will:

• Empower our organization to embrace Agile principles
• Coach to senior leadership in organizations design to increase adaptiveness
• Continuously refine our Agile way of working.
• Coach and guide our Product Development Team and Scrum Masters in Agile principles.
• Enhance Agile Maturity across our organization.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions within a Tribe, enabling Squads to achieve their mission and deliver on their OKRs.
• Develop and deliver our Agile training program, offering ongoing training to new Agile Coaches and CoE members.
• Instill an Agile mindset throughout the Tribe.

Our requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an Agile Coach.
• A background in Agile coaching in a financial services or technology organization in international enviroment
• Deep knowledge of thinking tool such as lean thinking, queueing theory, system thinking, false dychotmies, be agile
• Proficiency in JIRA.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in providing feedback and coaching.
• Ability to recognize and address coaching and training needs within the organization.
• Inspires and motivates colleagues to enhance their skills.
• Well-versed in Agile, capable of inspiring and developing the organization.
• be a leader who is decisive and commands a strong presence, yet empowers the Tribe and Squads.
• Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across entire organization
• Fluent in English.
