Requirements:

• Technical education or practical experience in working with IT infrastructure
• Experience in system and network administration
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and O365 systems
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi network concepts
• Basics of cloud administration (Azure or AWS - one is sufficient)
• Ability to read technical documentation in English (minimum level B1-B2)

Additional advantages:

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and ongoing administration of server and network environments
• Monitoring IT infrastructure and implementing improvements
• Creating and updating technical documentation
• User support and troubleshooting technical issues (2nd line support)
• Administering Microsoft 365 services and related tools
• Participating in creating and implementing backup procedures and data recovery
• Collaborating with the IT team and sharing knowledge with less experienced employees
