Requirements:

• Total of 3-5 years experience in Accounting - GL and AP
• English - B2+
• German or French - B2+
• Microsoft Excel - pivots, vlookups
• Analytical skills, strong attention to details

• Acting in the role of a Process Leader
• Investigating discrepancies in documents/invoices, analysing rate differences
• Analyse brokerage and commission differences
• Working with accruals, balance sheets, and financial statements
• Clarification of premium amounts 
• Reconciliations
• Administration of policy documentation 
• Insurance confirmation 
• Preparation of annual reports
• Working closely with the local teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner
• Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery

• Hybrid mode (50:50), office located in KRAKÓW
• Salary range 11 000 - 14 000 PLN gross
