Senior Accountant with German or French

Requirements:
- Total of 3-5 years experience in Accounting - GL and AP
- English - B2+
- German or French - B2+
- Microsoft Excel - pivots, vlookups
- Analytical skills, strong attention to details
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a Process Leader, overseeing and coordinating operational activities
- Investigating discrepancies in documentation and invoices, including analysis of rate and currency differences
- Reviewing and analyzing brokerage and commission variances
- Working with accruals, balance sheets, and financial statements
- Clarifying and confirming premium amounts
- Performing financial and accounting reconciliations
- Managing and maintaining policy documentation
- Issuing and confirming insurance-related documents
- Preparing annual financial and operational reports
- Collaborating closely with local teams to ensure timely and compliant task execution
- Proposing and implementing improvements to tools and documentation to enhance service delivery efficiency
